First Official SOLOBOB Music Video!
Here's what Robert had to say in his latest MYSPACE blog:

"I've been working on lots of new songs and I shot another video for a song called Funny Money. It's going to require lots of animation, so it may take a little while to get it finished. Until then, enjoy The Victim."

Make sure you rate The Victim video AND leave a comment to show Robert some love! He also said that SOLOBOB.COM is coming soon, so get ready and STAY TUNED! This is happening! Robert mentioned SOLOBOB in the latest Rooney video diary, posted today on the band's YouTube.

"I'm doing some SOLOBOB stuff. I'm doing some SOLOBOB recordings, which are fun. I'm enjoying making that music. I made a music video for it, which I'm gonna put out soon. So there's a lot of little things sort of building up on my computer hard drive that I'd like to put out into the world. I'm really excited for people to see all the stuff. I'm definitely ready for people to see it."

It sounds like the band has some downtime while they get the new record finalized, so maybe SOLOBOB is in our near future!

It's been awhile! On June 1st, SOLOBOB posted a new Myspace blog:

"Hey friends,
I will be posting music very soon...I need 3 weeks to sort some crap out, but I will get new stuff up then. I'm finally able to release music as well; I can go beyond the reach of Myspace...I'm working on that right now and I know some of you have requested to get the SOLOBOB music...so my answer is, yes, it will be available.

SB"

The Myspace player is gone from his page (I'm mourning the loss of my SOLOBOB fan art), but I'm taking that as a sign that there are awesome things coming soon for SOLOBOB! Itunes maybe? Stay tuned!

There was a SOLOBOB mention in the latest Rooney Video Diary! Robert
reminds us that SOLOBOB music will officially be released this year online. He wants us to get the word out so that he can "blow that shit up"! I know you all can handle it. Check it out here, SOLOBOB mention starts at 6:56.

We've got a great start to August! From a SOLOBOB Myspace bulletin posted today:

"I'm back in LA and I recorded a new song called Heart Attack. I'm hoping to continue recording the SoloBOB album and finish it, and release it. The songs will be on Itunes as soon as I finish them, finish the album. It's still in the early phase, but I like that you all get to hear them as I go. Enjoy, it's on the house."
